Strength Training

I am continuing work hard with my strength coach. He is helping me build my upper body/core strength and to work on my leg strength to increase my vertical. I have achieved my goal this past summer of touching 10'. I now touch 10' 3". The video below displays of some of the exercises I do during my training sessions.
